McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager for an independent franchise location in the United States. The role supports both full‑time and part‑time schedules, focusing on safety, quality, and service across shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising food safety, coordinating with Crew and fellow Managers, meeting daily targets, and training new staff while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This position offers opportunities for advancement within a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
