McDonald's is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to oversee weekly shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and lead Crew and other Managers during each shift.

You will monitor food safety, communicate with the team, hit targets, manage schedules, and uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

In this role, you would oversee shifts every week and make sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. You would provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers also play an important role in running great restaurants by:
