Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
  2. Train and develop team members to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
  3. Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of quality.
  4. Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets.
  5. Monitor and manage inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes continually.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
