Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and to support the management team in coaching staff to ensure tasks are performed effectively, creating legendary guest experiences.

This role emphasizes timely execution, guest service excellence, and leadership, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
