Key Responsibilities:

  • Run excellent shifts and assist the General Manager and Assistant Managers in managing the restaurant.
  • Ensure guests receive an outstanding dining experience.
  • Guide team members, ensure operational standards, and train staff on all restaurant tasks.
  • Maintain standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Reconcile cash, complete paperwork, and monitor restaurant operations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Lift 25 to 40 pounds.
  • Perform pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
