Job summary

McAlister's in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager.

You will guide team members to uphold quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety standards, while addressing guest concerns and supplier issues. The role requires at least 1 year in casual dining, a high school diploma or GED, and a ServSafe license or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• ServSafe License preferred, or able to obtain a State-approved license must be maintained per State Mandates.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership, developing goals and action plans for personal/professional growth.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards.
• Demonstrate a positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards guests.
