Job summary

Arby’s in Rock Falls, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations, support the General and Assistant Manager, and guide team members through performance and training initiatives.

You will deliver exceptional customer service to keep guests coming back, assist with opening/closing tasks, and help ensure safety and quality standards are met during each shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the restaurant.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training initiatives.

Job Description

Our Shift Leaders are key to operating our restaurants daily. You will help support the General and Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You will also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
• Use ladders occasionally
• Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
