Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks: planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping the assigned departments meet their goals.

Requirements
