Job summary

McAlister’s is seeking a Shift Leader in Raleigh, NC to oversee restaurant operations when management isn’t on duty, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and safety. You’ll mentor and support teammates, respond to guest concerns, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe License preferred, or able to obtain a State-approved license – must be maintained per State Mandates.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership, developing goals and action plans for personal/professional growth.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards.
• Remain calm in a fast-paced atmosphere and demonstrate organization and urgency.
• Display a positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards guests.

Responsibilities
