Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations per shift and support the management team in coaching staff for peak performance. You will help ensure tasks are completed efficiently and guest experiences stay top-tier.

Ideal candidates bring a couple years of restaurant or bar experience, maturity to train peers, and strong time-management and service-focused skills to fuel moments worth sharing with guests.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (as required by law).
• Strong time-management, attention to detail and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist the management team with coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
• Help create legendary experiences for guests by maintaining service standards.

YOU GOT THIS
