Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee our restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You’ll supervise staff, help lead the management team, and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guest experiences are outstanding.

The role emphasizes leadership, timely execution, and attention to detail to maintain legendary guest service. Buffalo Wild Wings values a team-first attitude and offers a path for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages or higher depending on law.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

YOU GOT THIS

• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
