Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members and ensure guest satisfaction in our Plymouth, MA location.

You will manage shift execution, uphold food safety and brand standards, and partner with restaurant leadership to drive performance. We offer healthcare benefits, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, and opportunities for career growth within the Wendy's family.

You Must Be Willing And Able To

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift


• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill


• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in


• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
