Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager by overseeing shifts, driving sales and profits, and ensuring guest and team service excellence.

You will train team members, enforce procedures, respond to issues, and help maintain a safe, clean, and high-energy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.

• Identifying and responding to complaints and policy violations.
