  • Run excellent shifts and support the General Manager and Assistant Managers in managing the restaurant.
  • Ensure guests receive outstanding dining experiences.
  • Guide and train team members across all positions.
  • Maintain operating standards and ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality.
  • Stand for up to 8 hours and lift 25-40 pounds.
  • Perform pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors.
  • Reconcile cash and complete necessary paperwork.
