Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand each position and their roles.
• Be trained and competent in all hourly positions.
• Complete manager functions on the POS.
• Labor Management.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain operational awareness.
• Engage positively with guests and be present for the team.
• Uphold a clean restaurant in front and kitchen.
• Use company documentation and checklists to ensure a perfect shift.
