Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is hiring Shift Leaders for our brand-new Mesa location. You’ll be trained to work every position in the restaurant—from the register to the grill, with opportunities for advancement and a team-focused environment.

We offer health insurance (including dental) to management once full-time, a 401(k) with employer matches after 1,000 hours, discounted meals, and a starting pay that escalates with performance. Tips and crew bonuses are also part of compensation.

We are beginning the hiring process for Shift Leaders for our BRAND NEW Five Guys location!!
We have a unique work environment where you're trained to work every position in the restaurant. From the register, to the grill, to morning prep and evening close, our crew members become a team working in all aspects of the restaurant.
Bonus:
We also have a unique crew bonus program that provides the opportunity to earn cash bonuses two times per week, this is in addition to your hourly pay.
Tips:
Currently, our crew members average over $3 an hour in tips... this is in addition to your hourly pay rate.
