• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet goals
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production
• Train new team members on critical functions

Requirements
