Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Shift Manager in Massachusetts to lead restaurant teams, ensure food safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

As a full-time Shift Manager, you will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and coordinate with store leadership to drive operations, training, and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks.

Pay Range: $17.90 - $21.48 Hr.
