McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations and crew scheduling, delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise daily activities, coach crew and managers, and ensure food safety and cleanliness meet McDonald’s standards.

The role emphasizes safety, inventory control, profitability, and ongoing training. You’ll operate in a fast-paced setting, drive performance, and uphold exceptional service levels while supporting a value-driven team
