Arby’s in Logansport, IN is seeking a Shift Manager to run daily restaurant operations with the management team. You’ll help ensure shifts run smoothly, coach team members, and deliver outstanding customer service that keeps guests coming back.

This role requires at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience, the ability to lead by example, and being at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

You’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep customers coming back for more.
