Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to help operate daily restaurant activities and support the management team. You will ensure each shift runs smoothly and assist in training teammates while delivering exceptional customer service to keep guests returning.
Qualifications include at least six months of restaurant/retail management, strong customer service examples, being 18+, and legal right to work in the United States.
You will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as a Shift Manager. You will help the management team, ensuring every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep customers coming back for more.
