Role

A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers. Responsibilities include supervising food safety and cleanliness, communicating effectively, achieving targets, monitoring safety and profitability, managing crew schedules, providing customer service, and training new team members.
