Dairy Queen, operated by Fourteen Foods, is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role provides quality customer service and oversees food preparation following Dairy Queen and Fourteen Foods standards to ensure every guest leaves satisfied while supporting management responsibilities.

You will supervise team members, help train staff, and partner with the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Shift Manager Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
