Requirements

Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and security, managing safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and departmental goals.
