Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at the restaurant. You will lead crew scheduling, supervise guest service, and ensure safety and cleanliness to meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment to maintain exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
