Legacy Wendy's Shift Manager in Kansas City (in-person) leads crew members and coordinates with management to ensure fast, friendly service and consistent food quality. You’ll train staff, supervise operations, and uphold performance standards in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members, providing friendly service with a smile, and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendy's is known for.
