Job summary

Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe is seeking team members with exceptional customer service skills to join a fast-paced, seven-day operation. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour plus tips, with potential to earn $18–$20 per hour for shift managers.

The role offers a supplemental benefits package and a performance-based monthly bonus. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, delegating tasks, resolving shift issues, inventory, cash handling, and hands-on food preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of management experience in a QSR or fast casual concept.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Natural leadership abilities and ability to delegate tasks.

Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe is looking for friendly staff members with great customer service skills to join our teams! Open 7 days a week with all shifts open, starting at $16.5/hr + tips. This allows shift managers to easily make $18-$20/hr. Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe has a fun and fast-paced work environment with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities:
