Arby’s in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Shift Leader to help run daily operations, support the General and Assistant Manager, and guide team members through performance and training initiatives. You will ensure a smooth shift, handle guest needs with a smile, and contribute to a fast, friendly dining environment.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a busy kitchen.

Job Description

Our Shift Leaders are key to operating our restaurants daily. You will help support the General and Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You will also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
• Use ladders occasionally
• Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
