Job summary

The Wendy’s Company is seeking a Shift Manager to join the Wendy’s team in Florida. You will lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold food safety and brand standards. This role offers healthcare benefits for full-time shifts, paid time off, and a 401(k) with employer match.

As a responsible leader, you’ll train and mentor staff, manage operations, and ensure a clean, safe dining environment while contributing to the Wendy’s family culture. Pay ranges from $15.55 to $21.75 per hour.

Pay Range: $15.55 - $21.75 Hr.

You Must Be Willing And Able To

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
