Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
  • Train and develop team members to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality
  • Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to continually improve processes
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
