Job summary

Fuzzy's Taco Shop in Grapevine, TX is seeking a motivated restaurant team member to uphold standards, assist in training staff, and ensure smooth operations in Front of House and Back of House.

You must have Food Handler and TABC certifications, be available for early mornings, evenings and weekends, and be capable of managing cash drawers and deposits. Compensation ranges from $12.50 to $14.00 per hour with tips and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work with the store General Manager to ensure the standards of the store are being met
• Help coach and train all employees both in the Front of House and Back of House
• Responsible for counting down cashier drawers and making appropriate deposits according to store standards
• Control food cost through our inventory process, recognize issues and traing staff to correct
• Streamline and make solid decisions for each shift
• Attend managers meetings and help institute the game plan for success
