Job summary

The Wendy’s Company in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive exceptional guest service, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will coach and empower team members, manage shift execution, and uphold our brand expectations in a fast-paced setting.

• Flexible schedule with availability to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations occasionally for training.
