PINCHO is seeking a Shift Manager to lead front-of-house operations with a strong focus on customer service and hospitality. You will supervise restaurant staff, help meet daily service goals, and support the General Manager in daily operations while maintaining cheerful connections with customers and the community.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

The Shift Manager is responsible for helping the restaurant meet service goals and supervising and influencing restaurant staff in daily work activities. In addition, as a Shift Manager, you will assist the General Manager with restaurant operations while maintaining cheerful customer and public connections within the community.
