Arby’s in Farrport, TN is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, partnering with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to keep shifts running smoothly and guests satisfied.

The ideal candidate brings at least six months of managerial experience in restaurant or retail, demonstrates strong leadership and customer service, and is ready to grow with Arby’s while upholding our Core Values.

• At least six months of experience as a manager in restaurant or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
• Background screening required by law.
