Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Enterprise, Alabama is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the second shift at our poultry processing plant. You will manage production, supervise maintenance personnel, and direct a team of 1–10 employees to meet daily targets and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in production, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and knowledge of poultry processing, GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA guidelines.
