Job summary

McDonald’s in East Peoria, IL is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee crew scheduling, uphold service standards, and drive daily restaurant performance.

You will lead by example, coach team members and managers, ensure food safety and cleanliness, manage safety, inventory and profitability measures, and promote ongoing training to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
