Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis, coaching team members and ensuring tasks are done efficiently to deliver Legendary Moments for guests.

You will partner with the management team, uphold service standards, manage opening/closing tasks, and contribute to a positive, safe work environment with strong time management and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (per law).
• Strong time-management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist management with coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

YOU GOT THIS
