Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for a smooth transition. They also help their assigned departments meet their goals.
