Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager in Charlotte, NC to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team. You will coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guest experiences are memorable.

Prior restaurant or bar experience and strong time management, detail orientation, and guest service skills are valued. Buffalo Wild Wings offers extensive benefits and advancement opportunities to eligible team members.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
