Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. You will lead team members, manage training, and uphold safety and financial controls.

What will you do?

As a Shift Manager you will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts. As a Shift Manager you will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.

Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.

Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
