Job summary

Pizza Hut Shift Leader position is aimed at developing leadership skills and delivering excellent customer service on every shift. You will train team members to standards, manage inventory, and ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations while upholding brand guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, a ServSafe certification, and reliable transportation. You will collaborate with management to deliver a positive restaurant experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant shift and driving high service standards.
• ServSafe certification required or in process.
• MSM courses 4-5 completed or in progress.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of restaurant and team during shifts.
• Train team members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut, LLC standards.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST principles and put customers first.
• Maintain inventory and place food orders.
• Ensure brand standards and health & safety compliance on shifts.
• Lead shift execution and scheduling support to RGM.
• Uphold professional image and ethical conduct as a representative of Tasty Hut, LLC.
