EZCORP is hiring for a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) in Casa Grande, AZ. You will provide outstanding customer service, lead a team, and manage pawn loans and extensions in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

• Highly organized with time-management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands‑on involvement.
• Ensure a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from the competition.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer‑needs assessment skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with excellent judgment, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics – a plus.
• Sales background – a plus.
• Bilingual – a plus.
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
