Position: Shift Manager

Supervision Received:

Reports to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.

Essential Job Functions
  • Enhance guest experience by exceeding expectations.
  • Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with systems and training programs.
  • Provide training to crew members.
  • Assist in executing quarterly business plans.
  • Oversee FOH and BOH operations ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Control costs through proper inventory and operations management.
  • Lead with enthusiasm, positivity, and commitment to company goals.
  • Maintain flexibility to perform beyond the standard duties.
Compensation Classification

Non-Exempt

Non-Essential Job Functions
  • Maintain physical condition suitable for duties, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods.
  • Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Effective communication and observation skills.
Position Requirements
  • Adhere to scheduled hours.
