Position: Shift Manager
Supervision Received:
Reports to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
Essential Job Functions
- Enhance guest experience by exceeding expectations.
- Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with systems and training programs.
- Provide training to crew members.
- Assist in executing quarterly business plans.
- Oversee FOH and BOH operations ensuring compliance with standards.
- Control costs through proper inventory and operations management.
- Lead with enthusiasm, positivity, and commitment to company goals.
- Maintain flexibility to perform beyond the standard duties.

Non-Essential Job Functions
- Maintain physical condition suitable for duties, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods.
- Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Effective communication and observation skills.
