Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations. You will support the General and Assistant Manager, ensure shifts run smoothly, and mentor team members through performance and training initiatives.

A strong focus on customer service and teamwork is essential as you guide front-line staff and maintain quality and safety standards. You will contribute to a welcoming dining experience for guests, manage time effectively, and help lead the team to achieve

Job Description

Our Shift Leaders are key to operating our restaurants daily. You will help support the General and Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You will also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
• Use ladders occasionally
• Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
