Job summary

Papa John’s in Austin, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality products, great customer service, and a strong team. You’ll lead by example and help maintain safety and profitability.

Candidates should have 1+ year of QSR experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and familiarity with POS systems and ServSafe. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
