Key responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring smooth store operations, making smoothies, and thanking guests. This role offers a variety of shifts, with potential for development and advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and assist them with seating or ordering
  • Answer questions about ingredients, portion sizes, and food preparation
  • Take and process guest orders, providing recommendations if needed
  • Operate cash registers and handle payments
  • Prepare and package food according to standards
  • Follow sanitation and food safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Promote teamwork and punctuality
  • Participate in training and cross-training activities
Qualifications
  • Previous food handling or customer service experience is appreciated but not required
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to follow procedures and deliver high-quality service
