Job summary

SSAB is looking for a dedicated EMO Shift Maintenance Team Leader in Mobile, Alabama. You will lead maintenance activities, prioritize repair jobs, and ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in heavy industrial maintenance and strong leadership skills. This full-time position requires work on rotating shifts, including days and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for the Primary End during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate and oversee embedded and outside contractors.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and site policies.

Welding/electrical testing equipment operation
