Magna International's Cosma division seeks an experienced Maintenance Area Leader to direct the maintenance workflow for assigned shifts. You will manage associates, coordinate with vendors, and drive preventive maintenance programs to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and the application of lean manufacturing principles to continuously improve equipment and processes within a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of PLC, ladder logic, robotic interfaces and programming.
• Must have good organizational and managerial skills to attend to multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be proficient in computer applications and reading technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance associates in a safe, quality minded and productive manner to meet production priorities.
• Fill in for the Asst. Maintenance Manager when needed.
• Lead safety meetings and communicate maintenance concerns with leadership.
