3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that food is prepared and served promptly. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

4. Training and Development: Assist in training new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about their roles and responsibilities. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help the team improve their performance. Lead by example in demonstrating excellent customer service and operational skills.

5. Shift Management: Manage the shift schedule, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand. Coordinate break and meal periods for team members. Monitor and manage employee time and attendance, including approving time-off requests and managing shift changes.
