Job summary

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

Lead the Shift

Take charge of daily operations by supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll run shifts, keep the team focused, and ensure everything runs smoothly from open to close.

Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience

Set the tone for fast, friendly, and accurate service. Create a clean, welcoming environment and make sure every guest leaves satisfied—or better yet, impressed.

Coach & Develop Your Team

Motivate, train, and provide real-time feedback to team members. You’ll help build confidence, improve performance, and create a positive, high-energy team culture.

Drive Results

Execute shift plans, maintain food quality and safety standards, and keep operations running efficiently. From the front counter to the kitchen, you’ll lead by example.

Protect the Business

Handle cash controls, manage inventory, and follow all security procedures. You’ll help ensure accuracy, accountability, and smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old


• High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)


• 1–2 years of restaurant or quick-service experience


• Strong leadership potential and communication skills


• A team-first mindset with a passion for guest service


• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
